WHAT WE KNOW

Started first as a passion project by founder Olivia Gow, Arthur Apparel takes a unique twist on urban wear with feminine fabrics and masculine cuts. Arthur is heavily influenced by Gow’s Italian/Chinese heritage and family of sewers. After being exposed to the fast-fashion industry, Gow was disappointed with the lack of ethics and conceptual design process and so, Arthur Apparel was brought to life.  

WHAT WE LOVE

Designed thoughtfully shortly across the pound from Australia in Bali, Indonesia, each piece is carefully constructed by local artisans. To combat the fast fashion model, Arthur Apparel chooses a small-scale production process which allows for a slower process to ensure their values stay intact. Over 90% of the fabrics they use come from naturally derived materials and are constructed by local artisans in family-owned facilities in Indonesia.
