Shipping policy

How long does it take to process an order? 
We will process your order within 2 to 4 business days. This means your order may not leave our warehouse until 4 business days after you press purchase. We will do our best to get your package to your as fast as possible, but like everything we want to make sure we are transparent. 

When will I receive my package? 
Shipping unfortunately isn't in our hands so we cannot guarantee when your package will arrive. Depending on which shipping option you choose, shipping can take 2 to 8 days until your package is at your doorstep. 

What if my package is lost? 
We are not responsible for a lost package once the package has left our warehouse. However, we will do our best to help you find it because a lost package means you don't get to wear your new items(which sucks, we know). Shoot us an email to hello@shopemle.com.
