The founder, Emily Antonian Li Mandri, started MLE after many years in the fashion industry and digital marketing.  Her experience and creativity have aligned with quality and sustainability which results in an amazing line of hair accessories and jewelry. 

WHAT WE LOVE

The MLE team shines a spotlight on female empowerment with products in their line including the Gentlewoman’s Agreement Collection and the Oeuf Egg Earring.   Most pieces in the collection are made-to-order by skilled craftswomen including the owner herself, to maintain as sustainable production as possible.  Made by MLE utilizes deadstock fabrics and leathers to lessen their impact.
