WHAT WE KNOW
Oh Seven Days was founded on consciousness. Founder, Megan Mummery, happened upon a production facility in Istanbul selling leftover rolls of fabric and well, with a bit of new found inspiration Oh Seven Days was born. Typically, unused fabric is doomed to end up in the local landfill. Oh Seven Days saw an opportunity to add to the fashion industry and make a positive impact by turning fabric that would typically end up piling up in landfills into something you could wear Monday through Sunday.
WHAT WE LOVE
Istanbul is a large textile manufacturing country full of production facilities with a lot of leftover fabrics. Oh Seven Days chooses to produce in Istanbul to capitalize on this advantage. Through their work with local production facilities, they can produce small batches of collections with keeping their supply chain close and support local businesses through their production. With Oh Seven Days, you know where your garment originates from and know it is going to stand through time in your closet.
